Committed to a sustainable life style and following the EU Environmental regulations DTS SA has developed the most modern ecofriendly facilities.
Photovoltaic panels
Our factory use the energy of the sun. In the roof of the factory’s building there are PV panels that produce electric energy, with a total power of 100KW. Also there are solar absorbers to heat the water we use on the production process.
Waste management
All the effluents of the production process are collected to our factory’s physicochemical waste process unit where they are processed and then reused in agricultural crops or concentrated in special waste collectors for futher process.
Furmark
Furmark is a comprehensive global certification and traceability system for natural fur that guarantees animal welfare and environmental standards. Applying across the supply chain and with Furmark products available to consumers from 2021, Furmark is a simple, recognisable mark of quality, assurance, and confidence.
Ongoing environmental awareness
We aim to raise awareness for the environment and sustainability among our employees, as well as our clients, our suppliers and the society. We encourage our employees to adopt environmentally friendly practices and develop environmental awareness through proper information, training courses and social events.
